Welcome to the Full Paper Submission Guide for "1st International Conference on the Exchange of Scientific Information in the Fields of Concrete Structures and Materials". In this section, we provide you with detailed instructions on how to prepare and submit your full paper for the conference. Please follow these steps carefully to ensure a smooth and successful submission process.

 

Step 1: Full Paper Template

  1. Download the Full Paper Template: Click Here to download the official Full Paper Template in Microsoft Word format (DOC or DOCX).
  2. Paper Formatting: Ensure that your full paper adheres strictly to the formatting guidelines provided in the template. These guidelines include font style and size, margins, spacing, headings, and citation style. Failure to follow the formatting instructions may result in your paper being excluded from the review process.

Step 2: Paper Preparation

  1. Title and Author Information: Replace the placeholder text in the template with your paper's title, authors' names, affiliations, and contact information. Ensure accuracy and consistency.
  2. Abstract: While our conference does not require an abstract submission, ensure that your paper contains a concise and informative abstract (max. 300 words) placed at the beginning of the document.
  3. Content: Organize your paper's content into clear sections, including Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References. Make sure your content is logically structured and well-presented.

Step 3: Full Paper Submission

  1. Save Your Document: Save your completed paper using a clear and descriptive file name, e.g., "LastName_FirstName_PaperTitle.docx".
  2. File Format: We only accept submissions in Microsoft Word format (DOC or DOCX). PDF or other formats will not be considered.
  3. Submission Platform: Visit our conference submission portal at the Submission Page and log in to your author account. Follow the prompts to navigate to the Full Paper Submission section.
  4. Upload Your Paper: Use the provided upload button to submit your prepared full paper in Word format. Ensure the file is successfully uploaded before finalizing the submission.

Important Notes:

The full paper submission deadline is 2024-4-19. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Each registered author can submit two full papers. The student registration covers only one full paper.

Plagiarism: Ensure your paper is original and properly cited. Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.
